TDS Service Center mainly engaged in the Top Drive System field maintenance and overhaul service、spare parts and special technology training , keeping service for the drilling companies. The center owns a variety of top drive specialized experimental apparatus, top drive overhaul debug device,all kinds of hydraulic top drive DC and variable frequency equipments to conduct a comprehensive testing and repair, which assures the top drive performance to be normal levels So far, we have finished maintenance ,overhaul and technical innovation of VARCO,CANRIG, TESCO ,BPM. Directional Well Service
Directional well service is dedicated to various types of wells, including sidetrack well, sidetrack slimhole well，horizontal well，extended reach horizontal well，short radius horizontal well, etc.We have set up bases in Southwest, Luntai Xinjiang,Dongying Shandong,Beijing. The directional well technical service team is comprised of well-educated experienced engineers. There are 35 engineering technicians,among which ,15 senior engineers,12 engineers ,8 assistants. In nearly 5 years,we have constructed more than 300 various types of wells, including 180 wells in Xinjiang region,70 wells in Southwest China,50 wells in Northeast. The most of the wells reached completion depth of over 6000m,bottom temperature above 160 ℃.Up till now ,imported instruments can be operated for 12 wells at the same time. Beijing Petroleum Machinery Co. and Tianjin Lilin Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. provide high-performance screws,and APS tools( HT/HP), which absolutely reduce the service time ,save the operating cost for the clients. So far, our directional technical service has gained good reputation in the directional well technical service industry.
